We start with rule-of-thumb multiples and adjust them further based upon the individual KPI scorecard items. As an example, the multiple of revenue is typically 2.1x recurring, 1x non-recurring. If you are not 100% recurring, you immediately start with a blended rate. From there, we adjust further based on your KPI scorecard items in tandem with your firm profile.
